Mass Energize

HomeWorks/Mass Save

My home is drafty, too cold or hot, or too dry or humid.. what can I do?

About this Action

Airsealing and/or insulating may be the answer!

Before exploring air sealing and insulation projects for your home, we recommend first scheduling a no-cost home energy assessment (HEA) with HomeWorks Energy. This HEA will diagnose the problem and it will give you access to considerable rebates and other financial incentives.  Read more about HEAs here.

During your assessment, HomeWorks will identify any, and all opportunities for improvement. Your personalized Home Energy Report will detail all your recommendations, and identify all the state incentives that you are eligible for. For example, 100% incentivized air sealing to help reduce drafts, and 75% off qualified insulation projects up to $2000.

If you have not had your home assessed in the last 2 years, you can have it done again at no-cost. If you had a home energy assessment in the last two years, you can call HomeWorks too and they can use your Energy Report to help you make decisions.
